What You’ll Do On The Daily

📦 Place product orders with various manufacturers for a vast product and accessory portfolio

📋 Organize and manage inventory stock

🚚 Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (labor-intensive)

📍 Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location

🧑‍💼 Be the product expert on our team; available to answer all product-related questions

🤝 Communicate with the team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers

✉️ Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages

🗂️ Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including filing them physically and electronically

What You’ll Need

✨ Self-starter spirit who takes initiative

🗂️ Organized & detail-oriented

💪 Ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs)

💻 Familiarity working with Microsoft products

🤝 Team player attitude

⚡ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

📦 Background in logistics is a plus!
