Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Physician Assistant for a permanent primary care opportunity with a Federally Qualified Health Center serving several West Texas communities.
This position is suited to a PA who values clinical variety, continuity of care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to improve healthcare access in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients presenting with acute and chronic health concerns
- Conduct physical examinations and preventive visits
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment and follow-up plans
- Prescribe medications within the applicable scope
- Provide patient education and health counseling
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care
- Collaborate with supervising and collaborating physicians
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Participate in quality, safety, and population-health initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active Texas PA license or eligibility
- DEA eligibility when applicable
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Interest in rural health or community-based primary care
- Experienced PAs and qualified new graduates may be considered

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
