- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of food prep and service.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal.
Experience
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Basic culinary skills such as food prep or cooking are beneficial but training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately in fast-paced environments.
