Hi! We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Wednesdays-Sundays 4 PM-CLOSE (8 PM or 9 PM) OFF Monday/Tuesday!
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service times.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Delivery (as needed)-use of company vehicle
- Light prep (as needed)
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a kitchen setting is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid drivers license.
