Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Fundraiser Manager. The Fundraiser Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor engagement, identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities, and overseeing fundraising events and campaigns. The role will also involve preparing grant applications and tracking their progress, managing donor databases, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote Healthy Families & Communities' mission and programs.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and fundraising campaign design skills
- Experience with donor engagement, relationship building, and funder stewardship
- Strong communication, grant writing, and proposal preparation skills with attention to detail
- Event planning and management experience in a fundraising context
- Proficiency with donor management software and data analysis to track fundraising outcomes
- Ability to work remotely with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in non-profit fundraising highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
