Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on structure, communication, and seeing projects come to life from blueprint to “wow.”

As our next Project Coordinator, you’ll be the center of every project — keeping timelines sharp, budgets tight, and teams aligned. You’ll blend organization with creativity, balancing client needs, construction logistics, and top-tier craftsmanship.

You will:

• Oversee every phase of our finishing projects — budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Review blueprints and schematics to ensure every detail aligns with our high standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep things flowing seamlessly.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules that keep our teams ahead of the curve.
• Track progress, solve problems on the fly, and keep every project on time and on budget.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the best value and the best outcome.
