About the Role
Healthworks is looking to grow our management team with an energetic, self-starter who is ready to step into a leadership role focused on driving sales and revenue while delivering an exceptional member experience. This role is centered on in-club membership sales, staff development, and facility operations.
This position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and provide leadership, direction, and ongoing support to 15 –20 part- time Member Service Team members in collaboration with other managers.
- Coach and support the Member Service Team in delivering exceptional prospect tours, new member sales, and guest service experiences.
- Oversee day-to-day in-club operations, partnering with the General Manager to support overall club objectives.
- Uphold and manage company-wide standards for key operational membership activities, programs, and goals, including member recruitment and retention.
- Provide support with member billing inquiries and resolutions.
- Meet budgeted sales goals and contribute to the overall financial success of theclub by controlling expenses while exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, including prior supervisory experience
- Proven ability to guide, motivate, and lead teams effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and members
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and daily operations efficiently
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and CRM platforms preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: Annual salary of $68,000 Bonuses
