What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at Healthways?
HealthWays, Inc. is looking for a part-time Job Coach. The Job Coach is responsible to the Supervisor of BCOC and will work as a member of the treatment team with individuals as well as groups of clients to deliver job training services. The position is responsible for supervising and instructing trainees in their work areas through verbal and/or physical assistance as needed; provide “job coaching” services to trainees and employers as needed. This may include performing job duties with trainees as long as needed and interacting with employers. All required documentation of services must be completed in a timely manner. The Job Coach will transport trainees and equipment to work sites as needed, which may require some lifting.
Hours are 3p-9p Monday-Friday.
High school diploma or GED is preferred, not required. Must have a valid Driver's License and Vehicle insurance. Must be able to pass a drug screen.
