What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Support Professional (BSP) position at Healthways?
The BSP will provide intervention services to clients experiencing behavioral challenges. Monthly data reviews will be completed by the BSP to assess whether the client is making progress or regression in their life skills and behavior management. This role focuses on improving clients’ daily functioning, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life through evidence-based strategies and personalized care plans.
