Locum Tenens – Hospital-based

Things To Know:

• Starting 7/6/2026
• Monday-Sunday, 12 hour days with night call, 7 on /7 off
• Adult inpatient psych has 2 units totaling 37 beds divided between 2 physicians and 2-3 residents, no APPs currently
• 37 total adult beds
• There is a consult service averaging around 3 new consults per day plus follow-ups. Also varies widely and no caps in place. We have family practice managing H&P’s. Average Adult admissions 5-7, daily discharges 4-5, but peak we can see 8-10 admissions, 6-8 discharges.
• Covering consults, new admissions, discharges, emergencies.
  
  
  

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Top-notch clinical care in Hospital-based setting
• Call Coverage
• Collaborate with clinical staff
• Maintain excellence in standard of care for patients
• Upon application submission, a recruiter will reach out to provide details on schedule requirements, day-to-day expectations, anticipated patients per day, and call coverage component.
  
  
  

What We Require from You:

• Current state medical license or ability to get licensed
• DEA/CSR Requirements (based on state)
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
