Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lead Material Handler, you will be responsible for providing guidance to other material handlers performing administrative and physical tasks within a warehouse.

What will you do in this role:

• You will be looked to as a leader on the floor and a resource for the material handlers as they will be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in all functions of the day-to-day tasks within the operation.
• You will ensure our clinicians have the supplies they need to provide our patients with high quality care.
• You will work with supervisor or manager to provide quality reports and feedback to the warehouse staff.
• You will frequently interact with management and other functional groups involving cross functional matters.
• You will be seen as an expert and mentor as well as modeling best practices, where others "follow" and are not "managed".
• You will provide training for new employees which includes, but not limited to, shadowing of the lead, ensuring core tasks of the day-to-day functions are reviewed and understood.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Forklift Certification preferred
