Job Summary And Qualifications
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for consistent and accurate execution of implementation responsibilities to build trust and support member compliance and retention. Responsible for executing contract connections for non-acute members. Tracks implementation workstreams and data protects the overall process as a critical competitive advantage

Job Summary And Qualifications
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for consistent and accurate execution of implementation responsibilities to build trust and support member compliance and retention. Responsible for executing contract connections for non-acute members. Tracks implementation workstreams and data protects the overall process as a critical competitive advantage
What you will do in this role:
- Responsible for CRM maintenance contract uploads to denote account implementation lifecycle
- Support vaccine contract onboarding, non-medical contract connections, and distribution alignment through preparation and completion of required documentation as needed
- Manages LOC submissions and supplier notifications deriving from module, formulary, and audit-based implementations for assigned grade accounts
- Maintenance of physician office LOC requests and submissions for assigned grade accounts
- Responsible for assigned non-medical contract connections and success rate of the account implementation
- Support distribution onboarding through module-based implementation
- Cross reference knowledge to offer optimized solutions based on member and/or rep scenarios
- Maximizing full member value with portfolio knowledge based on COT, specialty, and distributor along with priority level of risk or opportunity
- Support implementation maintenance process: reviews sales tracings in reporting
- Support both programmatic and project-based scalable implementation & post-implementation work that delivers value to all stakeholders
- Open communication within and across department/s to recognize risk in relationships, partnerships, and the business

- Assist in member support ticket triage to ensure efficient response to all stakeholder inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
- High School Graduate/Equivalent – Required
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry - Preferred
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Ability to exercise discretion and work independently
- Strong math and deductive reasoning skills
- Efficient written communications skills
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
