Job Summary And Qualifications

Process information received on service requests and dispatch calls using a range of communication methods; deploy service resources available to best meet customer needs and to optimize efficient use of those resources; monitor status of calls and initiate action to solve problems and to provide timely, quality service to customers with the established guidelines of practice.

• Dispatches calls to facilities or drivers using a variety of communication tools.
• Makes sound decisions concerning the prioritization of service (lost packages, patient services, safety concern, weather, maintenance of vehicles.
• Utilizing all resources to maintain documentation in Q-Pulse on the status of each customer concern.
• Determine priority level of a call by analyzing information related to the customer.
• Personally notifies the drivers or customer when service will be delayed.
• Delivers extraordinary customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive impact on customers.
• Take calls for long periods of time, using variety of communication channels, telephone, radio digital/computer data link, fax and pager.
  
  

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent Required
• One-year supply delivery experience Required
• Two years customer contact Required
