CHI St. Alexius Health – Bismarck is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join a well-established and growing program in central North Dakota. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, a flexible schedule, and the ability to build a balanced practice with strong procedural volume and referral support.

Practice Opportunity

• Full-scope General Gastroenterology

• All general GI procedures required

• ERCP experience preferred but not required

• Established referral network with strong demand for services

• Flexible scheduling options:

• Two weeks on / two weeks off model with clinic coverage during both weeks, or

• Traditional schedule with dedicated procedural time, clinic, and scheduled time off

• Supportive clinical environment with experienced staff

Call Schedule

• 1:4 call rotation

• Call Back 1 in 2

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $700,000
  (Median productivity approximately 13,500 wRVUs annually)

• Quality Bonus: Up to $35,000 annually (up to 5% of base salary)

• Production Incentive:

• Production threshold: 10,152 wRVUs

• Conversion factor: $60.96 per wRVU

• Excess productivity paid quarterly

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• North Dakota medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Willingness to relocate to Bismarck, ND
