🧑‍⚕️ W2 Employed – Living in the Community

• Base Rate: $365/hr 20% for call coverage

• Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000

• Loan Repayment: $50,000 forgivable loan optional $1,000/month Resident Stipend

• Comprehensive Benefits Package:

  • Blue Cross of Montana Health Insurance (100% paid for employee, spouse, and children)

  • 401(k) with 3% employer contribution (regardless of employee contribution)

  • CME Allowance: $5,000

  • Fully covered professional liability insurance

🩺 1099 – Living in the Community

• Base Rate: $385/hr 20% for call

• Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000

• Base Rate: $400/hr 20% for call

• Travel and Lodging Included

🛠️ The Practice:

Join a full-scope anesthesiology practice that supports a wide range of procedures in a single-hospital setting. You'll work independently—no CRNA supervision—with a supportive administrative team and a streamlined credentialing process.

📌 Practice Highlights:

• Full-time (40 hrs/week), Call 1:5

• 25-bed hospital, 4-bed open ICU

• Procedures: Regional blocks, lumbar punctures, intubation

• Case Mix: 50% Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Ophthalmology

• No heart, neuro, or pain management cases

• EHR: Meditech

• More complex cases are stabilized and transferred to Bismarck

👤 What We're Looking For:

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency

• Board Certified/Eligible (MD/DO)

• Must have completed at least 250 anesthesia cases in the past 12 months

• Active medical license (or ability to obtain)

• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and DEA Certification

• 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred

• Team-oriented, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care
