We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at HealthSource Chiropractic of Lakeville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently.
- Handle medical billing and insurance verification processes.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and scheduling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
