What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
✨ Greet patients with a smile that says, “We’re glad you’re here!”
Keep the schedule organized so everyone gets seen on time
Answer phones and help patients with questions (patience required, phone voice optional)
Verify insurance and help with billing tasks (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
Keep records tidy, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
Support communication between patients and providers
