```Duties```
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Perform medication inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information
- Assist in the compounding of sterile and non-sterile medications
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
- Follow all relevant safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program
- Active pharmacy technician license or certification (state-specific)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and IV infusion procedures
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
