What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at HealthQuest Physical Therapy?
The primary responsibility of the HR Generalist is to complete a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities supporting the day-to-day functions of the department.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 1–2 years of administration experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and team collaboration skills
- Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software tools
- Process ‘Employee Status Change’ requests
- Process ‘Employee Information Change’ requests
- Complete employee terminations in Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Create Raintree user accounts and provide support for user access and lockouts
- Assign FOTO access to support staff
- Maintain office and building key inventory and tracking system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Track and manage policy implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned
