HR Generalist

The primary responsibility of the HR Generalist is to complete a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities supporting the day-to-day functions of the department.

• High School Diploma required
• 1–2 years of administration experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and team collaboration skills
• Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software tools

• Process ‘Employee Status Change’ requests
• Process ‘Employee Information Change’ requests
• Complete employee terminations in Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Maintain employee personnel records
• Create Raintree user accounts and provide support for user access and lockouts
• Assign FOTO access to support staff
• Maintain office and building key inventory and tracking system
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Track and manage policy implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned
