What You Will Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients
- Conduct physical exams, screenings, and chronic disease management
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Counsel patients on lifestyle, prevention, and medication management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active New York State license
- Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual Creole/English strongly preferred
