Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo.
- Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and engagement from day one.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to foster continuous growth.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while managing conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive change management initiatives and organizational design projects to support strategic planning and workforce management goals.
- Administer HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and HR data entry tasks.
- Develop succession planning strategies to prepare future leaders while supporting HR sourcing efforts for critical roles.
- Maintain accurate records related to contracts, benefits enrollment, performance reviews, and other HR documentation.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices combined with strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and employee onboarding processes.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro for efficient data management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
- Deep understanding of workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce for scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Ability to manage employee relations issues with empathy while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience in benefits administration including health insurance plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement programs.
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes during recruitment campaigns.
- Organizational design expertise coupled with strategic planning capabilities to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
