This is a full-time, on-site role based in Como, MO, for a Nursing Supervisor. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to care standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring performance, coordinating care activities, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Nursing Supervisor will serve as a mentor and resource to the nursing staff, support professional development, and collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless patient care delivery.
