Hours & Schedule: Full time (Monday - Friday, standard clinic hours, no weekends)

Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 / year (plus bonus)

NP / PA License in Arizona (Or able to obtain)
NP / PA Program Completed in the USA (Excluding Puerto Rico)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, provide diagnoses, and manage treatment plans in your specialty area (Primary Care, Pain Management, Neurology, Orthopedics, Women's Health).
- Prescribe medications and order, interpret, and follow up on lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to coordinate care.
- Participate in patient care meetings and case reviews as required.
- Maintain licensure, certification, and practice within Arizona and federal regulations.
- Support clinic initiatives and quality improvement efforts as needed.
- Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- NP/PA program completed in the United States
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary care
- Experience in outpatient care preferred; specialty experience a plus
