Powered by our in-house technology platform, we offer a broad portfolio of health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance products from hundreds of leading carriers.
The Role This part-time position offers strong growth potential into a full-time role, and can be performed on-site or remote. You'll meet with individuals, families, and small business clients to assess their needs and recommend the right health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance solutions.
📋 What You'll Do: 🔹 Meet with clients to assess health and financial protection needs 🔹 Explain plan options, benefits, and prepare quotes 🔹 Assist clients with applications and enrollment 🔹 Prospect and follow up on leads to build your book of business 🔹 Maintain accurate client records using our technology tools 🔹 Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
✅ What We're Looking For: 🔹 Strong communication and active listening skills 🔹 Ability to build long-term client relationships through solution-based selling 🔹 Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems 🔹 Solid organizational and time-management skills 🔹 Current state health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) 🔹 High integrity and a commitment to serving clients with fairness and respect 🔹 Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales preferred, but not required
💰 Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ($13–$15, based on experience and licensing) plus commission and performance bonuses. After licensing and the probationary period: Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a flexible schedule.
