Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and antepartum patients, including triage and management of high-risk cases
- Circulate and recover for cesarean deliveries; perform sterile vaginal exams; monitor fetal status and use internal monitoring as needed
- Administer and manage medications and infusions per protocol (magnesium sulfate, anticoagulants, antihypertensives, insulin drips)
- Manage central lines (CVC/PICC) and coordinate with the obstetric care team
- Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE; document care accurately in the charting system

Requirements
- Active RN license (Idaho) or eligibility to practice in the state; must reside at least 100 miles from the assignment site
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic labor & delivery unit with high-risk antepartum care
