Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated bedside nursing care for ICU patients per established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor hemodynamic status, implement interventions, and adjust care plans as patient needs evolve.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure safe medication practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate duties across shifts.
- Participate in discharge planning, provide patient/family education, and document care using the electronic health record (EPIC).

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (OREGON) or as required by the state of assignment.
- BLS and ACLS required; facility-specific BLS/CPR policy compliance.
- EPIC experience required.
- Minimum of two years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience.
- BSN preferred; ability to work in an ICU setting and cover night shifts.
- Scheduling note: Night shifts required; holiday time-off requests will not be approved.
