Responsibilities
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care: explain procedures, ensure comfort, and maintain safety at all times.
- Acquire and process diagnostic images, conduct daily quality control, and maintain radiopharmacy operations in compliance with NYSDOH guidelines.
- Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system; ensure regulatory and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and continuously enhance lab protocols.

- Conduct SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis assessments, and a hybrid SPECT resting study followed by a PET sarcoid or viability study as part of routine imaging.
Requirements
- NYS Radiologic Technologist license (active)
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
- 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- BLS certification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
