- Scheduling note: The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours may not apply in those cases
Responsibilities
- Prepare the cath lab, scrub and assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Manage sterile technique and instrument counts; assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Monitor patient status during procedures; assist with documentation and post-procedure care
- Maintain cath lab readiness, equipment inventory, and room turnover between cases
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and patient safety standards
Requirements
- Residency outside a 100-mile radius of the assignment site
- Flu vaccine required with no exceptions
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and to adhere to scheduling constraints
- Ability to work days in a surgical center setting and participate in cath lab procedures
- Must meet onboarding/credentialing requirements and obtain any required clearances
