Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including adult echocardiography and other ultrasound modalities as assigned
• Obtain high-quality images, optimize equipment settings, and ensure proper patient positioning and safety
• Document findings and maintain accurate patient records in the imaging information system
• Participate in department quality assurance activities and maintain equipment and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to coordinate patient care and transfer as needed
• Pursue continuing education and maintain required certifications; adhere to department policies and procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Current RDCS (A) certification
• Completion of an ECHO training program
• Minimum 2 years ultrasound experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flu vaccine required
• Multimodality ultrasound experience preferred
• Travel eligibility: must reside at least 50 miles away from the assignment site
