Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including triage, rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and interventions as ordered; monitor patient responses and document accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, chart nursing notes, and communicate changes in patient status to the care team
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance; assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as appropriate
• Assist with procedures and provide appropriate patient education to patients and families

• Active Hawaii RN license prior to start of contract
• Must be able to work rotating shifts (3/12s) and consecutive weekends as needed
• Ability to perform ER nursing duties in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Availability to begin on 08/24/2026 and complete a 13-week travel assignment
