Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients per physician orders, including assessment, monitoring, and adjustment of therapy
• Manage ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, airway clearance techniques, and wean when appropriate
• Administer inhaled medications and aerosolized therapies; perform chest physiotherapy as indicated
• Document care in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in codes/rapid response as part of the care team
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, plan of care, and discharge strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Respiratory Therapist license with Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and verification
• Minimum 1 year of acute care respiratory therapy experience or documented travel experience in a related setting
• Up-to-date resume; two recent specialty references (Charge/Manager RN)
• Skills checklist matching the specialty; Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• RTO requests must be included at submission; ability to float to nearby facilities as needed
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics
