- Active RN license in California
- ICU/critical care experience preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts and work in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
