Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient condition, monitor hemodynamics and clinical status, administer medications as ordered, and titrate interventions as needed
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for an assigned group of patients
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines
• Utilize critical thinking, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making to respond to changes in patient condition
• Document care accurately and maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license in California
• ICU/critical care experience preferred
• Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts and work in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
