Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in clinical scenarios
• Document patient status, responses to treatment, and care plans accurately and timely
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in the care environment
  
  

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California (or eligibility for CA licensure)
• Ability to deliver nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and established standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Demonstrated capability to supervise and direct nursing staff during care delivery
