- Participate in interdepartmental rounds and care conferences; be prepared to float to sister campuses as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- Active registered nurse license; Nursys must be on profile
- BLS for healthcare providers required
- 2 years of acute care case management experience preferred
- Degree accreditation must be on profile or candidate must have 5 years of case management experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and willingness to float to sister campuses as needed
