Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular ultrasound examinations and other ultrasound imaging as ordered, ensuring image quality and patient safety
• Prepare patients, position them correctly, and operate ultrasound equipment; optimize imaging parameters
• Label, archive, and document findings in the electronic medical record; provide preliminary results to the interpreting physician when appropriate
• Verify patient identity and consent, maintain infection control practices, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiology and cardiology teams; participate in on-call or rotating call schedules as required
• Comply with Cerner EMR workflows when applicable, and assist with image transfers and documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• 2 years of ultrasound experience, including cardiovascular imaging
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• RTO (time off) requests must be included at time of submission
• Ability to work in a travel assignment with potential to float to nearby facilities as needed
