Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in an outpatient setting and develop/implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses
• Improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
• Document assessments, progress, and plans of care; communicate with the supervising clinician and rehabilitation team
• Promote patient safety, participate in discharge planning, and support multidisciplinary collaboration
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Minimum two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
• Ability to work in an outpatient/hospital-based setting
