- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Education: Nursing diploma or associate degree from an accredited program
- Experience: 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience; skilled in LTC resident care and chronic condition management
- EMR experience, specifically PointClick Care, preferred
- Ability to work in a LTC setting; capable of performing duties on an 8-hour evening shift; comfortable with resident mobility assistance and care coordination
- Licensure and license verification, driver’s license with address matching demographics, and RTO (time off) must be included at submission
- Local candidates within 75 miles may be considered at the local pay rate
