Senior Project Manager
The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager will be the primary project management lead for HealthEZ’s strategic integration and product launch initiatives. This role will oversee all HealthEZ workstreams associated with the program, ensuring timely delivery of business and technical milestones and tight coordination across internal teams and external program partners. The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Program Leader and will play a critical role in driving execution discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across the enterprise. This role can be functioned in a hybrid environment from our Bloomington, MN office.
What you will do
Program & Project Leadership
- Own and manage the comprehensive HealthEZ project plan, ensuring all deliverables across business, operations, and technology teams are completed according to scope and schedule.
- Coordinate with external partners on shared milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure cross-organizational alignment.
- Lead recurring project meetings, facilitate workstream collaboration, and maintain a clear cadence of communication across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and program documentation to ensure visibility and transparency for executive leadership.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between HealthEZ workstream leads, technical teams, and partner organizations.
Execution & Risk Management
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and inter-workstream issues; escalate critical items as needed.
- Oversee change control processes to maintain scope integrity and ensure stakeholder awareness of impact.
- Support the design, implementation, and readiness of new systems, workflows, and operating models required for launch.
- Partner with internal functional leaders (Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, and Implementation) to align deliverables and timelines.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain tight alignment with program leadership and executive sponsors through concise updates, briefings, and issue management.
- Build effective relationships with business and technical stakeholders across HealthEZ and partner organizations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution within and across teams.
Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field
- 7 years of progressive project management experience, including 3 years within a large health plan, payer, or TPA environment
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects involving systems integrations, data migrations, or enterprise product implementations
- Deep understanding of health plan operations, including eligibility, enrollment, benefits configuration, claims, and vendor integrations
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 applications
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging at all levels of the organization

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $120,000-$150,000*
