The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operational readiness and network implementation efforts to ensure a successful market launch.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a seasoned payer operator who understands what it takes to make claims, call centers, eligibility, billing, and network operations fully ready at go-live. The role is accountable for driving HealthEZ operational readiness to completion. This role reports into the Project Leader and is supported in a remote work environment.

What You Will Own

Operational Readiness Execution

  • Develop and manage the Vista operational readiness plan across core functional areas including claims, eligibility, finance, member, payer and employer services, and network operations.
  • Define readiness criteria, milestones, and go-live sign-offs.
  • Identify operational risks early and drive mitigation plans.

Network Implementation Coordination

  • Lead HealthEZ readiness activities tied to network onboarding and configuration.
  • Ensure operational workflows, servicing models, and internal processes are aligned to network implementation milestones.

UAT & Go-Live Support

  • Coordinate operational participation in UAT including scenario validation, workflow testing, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
  • Support cutover planning, hypercare readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

Governance & Reporting

  • Facilitate readiness working sessions.
  • Maintain clear status reporting on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Align workstreams to the broader Vista program schedule.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5-8years of project management experience within a health plan, TPA, or payer services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational readiness for product launches, network implementations, or large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating or supporting UAT in a payer environment.
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations including claims, eligibility, billing, and member, provider and employer services.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive execution in complex, cross-functional environments.

Additional Opportunity Details:

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $95,000-$120,000*

  • Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
