We are looking for someone to join our firm as a legal secretary / paralegal. You would be responsible for preparing written correspondence, collecting, maintaining, and submitting records and evidence, acting as point of contact for our clients, and assisting our attorneys in preparing for hearings and litigation.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base. We practice in a wide range of legal areas including criminal and civil litigation, social security, personal injury, bankruptcy and family law. You will be able to cross-train and gain experience in all of these fields alongside attorneys with decades of experience.
Prior experience in the legal field is preferred, but not exclusively required. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, feel comfortable in a high paced environment, be familiar with basic computer skills and word processing, and excited to learn new legal related skills.
