- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- More than 15 patients per day in clinic, adults with some peds
- General outpatient ophthalmology, inpatient / trauma coverage and surgeries if comfortable
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
