Join our dedicated HTS therapy team at a highly rated skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY, as a PRN Occupational Therapist. This flexible role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans. The OT in this position will primary be a part of the weekend therapy team.
Not just weekend hours! - Other PRN opportunities will occasionally be offered at this facility and 3 other facilities located in Louisville.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
