HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at a Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is currently seeking a Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated skilled nursing facility in Calvert City, KY. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where resident engagement and exceptional care are at the heart of everything we do.
Position Highlights:
· Full-time position: 30–40 hours per week.
· Well-equipped therapy gym, featuring a dedicated kitchen area designed for ADL (Activities of Daily Living) simulation.
· High-volume rehab-to-home program makes a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or an active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning a degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist or physical therapist assistant education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
