Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time -- Home Health
HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home health therapy services to patients across the Indianapolis area, primarily on the northeast, north, and northwest sides of Indianapolis and within nearby continuing care retirement communities. In this role, you will help older adults improve safety, independence, mobility, and daily function in their own homes or senior living settings. This is a full-time position.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
