Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time and Part Time
HTS is hiring Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy teams in South Bend, IN. In the role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Position 1:
· This position is FULL-TIME at 30 – 40 hours per week.
· Highly regarded continuing care retirement community offering short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living.
· Fully equipped therapy gym.
· Located on the southside of South Bend.

· Located on the west side of South Bend, about 6 miles from downtown, this well-regarded skilled nursing facility offers comprehensive sub-acute rehabilitation services.

Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis, at all of our therapy sites in St. Joseph County.
Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
