This position requires an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA - Part Time
HTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The PTA in this position will provide high-quality therapy to residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Position Details:
· This position is PART-TIME at 15 – 20 hours per week, on a flexible three days per week schedule.
· Competitive hourly rate.
· CMS 5-star rated skilled nursing facility offering skilled rehab and long-term care.
· Located on the northside of Fort Wayne.
· Fully equipped therapy gym.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
