These positions require an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.

Position Details:
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a CMS 5-Star rated senior living community in Berne, Indiana, located approximately 35 miles south of Fort Wayne.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Part-time position at 12 – 16 hours per week.
- Consistent schedule of two days per week: Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
