Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical monitoring, coordination, and implementation of the program to ensure compliance with state regulations and TJC standards.
- Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that include measurable, time-bound goals and objectives, reflecting each client’s strengths, needs, preferences, and personal language.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Must currently be licensed in KS as a Psychologist or Licensed Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker or Registered Intern or a similarly clinically therapeutic field – LBSW, LMFT, LPC, LMLP or related
- Must have prior experience working in substance abuse/addiction settings
- Medical, Dental, Vision

- $50,000 - $85,000 annual salary (negotiable based on licensure/experience)
