RN Clinical Manager (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p)

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Clinical Manager to fill an opening with a company that offers a powerful combination of leadership, meaningful patient impact, and work-life balance in a growing healthcare segment.

This role is a great next step for an RN with home health leadership experience who wants to move into a more strategic, office-based position while still staying clinically connected. It also offers a stable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and real growth potential in Round Rock, TX .

Pay Details: $100,000 - $110,000 a year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Daily Responsibilities For RN Clinical Manager

• Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes
• Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed
  
  

Required Qualifications For RN Clinical Manager

• Active Texas RN license
• Home Health and People Leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
