Pay Details For RN Clinical Manager

• $90,000 to 100,000 per year
  
  

Schedule For RN Clinical Manager

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• On call one week every month for administrative on-call

Daily Responsibilities For RN Clinical Manager

• Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes.
• Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications For RN Clinical Manager

• Active Texas RN license
• CPR certified
• 1 to 2 years of home health leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
• OASIS documentation experience
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations
