Pay Details For RN Clinical Manager
- $90,000 to 100,000 per year
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- On call one week every month for administrative on-call

- Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes.
- Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed.
- Active Texas RN license
- CPR certified
- 1 to 2 years of home health leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
- OASIS documentation experience
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations
